Shortly after 5pm they said there were “severe delays due to an earlier signal failure at Piccadilly Circus. Tickets are being accepted on London Overground, Thameslink and Buses via any reasonable route.”

It happens when the US singer-songwriter performs for the second night of her August series in London, drawing hundreds of admirers who have already started to line up.

As her Eras Tour’s European leg draws to a close in the nation’s capital, Swift made her way back to the stadium on Thursday.

Friend and colleague Ed Sheeran joined Swift for two of their songs, Everything Has Changed and End Game, during her return to the UK after a string of gigs in June that the Prince of Wales and his kids attended.

Swift incorporates Sheeran’s “Thinking Out Loud” into her “surprise songs” segment, which is unique to each show, and they combined the two songs.Fans of Taylor Swift are in for a dreadful travel experience as "severe delays" were experienced on one of the main tube lines to Wembley Stadium.

Following the performance, Suffolk musician Sheeran shared pictures of himself riding an electric scooter, Swift performing sit-ups on stage, and Sheeran making reference to his hometown football team, Ipswich Town.

On Friday, fans of the American singer waited in line outside Wembley to see her, and they also lined up to take pictures in front of a mural of her.

Following the Metropolitan Police department’s declaration that it is “well prepared” for the performances in the wake of a suspected terror plot in Austria, officers also patrolled the arena in a cycle.

The singer’s supporters are prohibited from gathering outside the stadium without tickets, putting an end to the popular habit known as “tay-gating.”

Lotty Evans, 18, of Warwick, said she was not deterred by the increased security at the concert on Thursday and was not shocked that Swift left out the Southport assaults from her performance.

She said: “I think it’s really difficult to discuss events like that especially in the context of somewhere like Wembley.

“I can totally understand why she didn’t talk about that, having talked about it on social media, it must be a really difficult thing for her as well, that she’s associated with such a tragedy.”

Swift’s three concerts at Ernst Happel Stadium in Vienna were canceled last week due to reports that potential terrorists were planning to attack attendees outside the stadium.Fans of Taylor Swift are in for a dreadful travel experience as "severe delays" were experienced on one of the main tube lines to Wembley Stadium.

The Grammy winner honored the victims of the Southport incident in July, which took place at a holiday club event with a singer-themed theme and resulted in the mass stabbing deaths of three young girls.

The 52-year-old Charlotte Jones said she felt comfortable and that the stadium’s security was “top tier.”

Swift wraps off her billion-dollar Eras Tour performances at Wembley on Tuesday and will later this year head back to North America.

Her tour will resume in Canada on November 14 with shows at Toronto’s Rogers Centre, and it will conclude on December 8 in Vancouver’s BC Place.
