Although Taylor Swift’s supporters are always happy to see her boyfriend Travis Kelce at an event, on Monday, August 19, one of her former lovers expressed support for the “Cruel Summer” movement. Taylor Lautner, the well-known 2009 date of the “I Can Do It With a Broken Heart” singer, attended her London show at Wembley Stadium.
Even though the 32-year-old Twilight star was wearing a white T-shirt, fans quickly recognized that he was wearing the friendship bracelets that have come to symbolize Eras Tour performances. The actor shared a picture of the bracelets on his Instagram account on August 19.

A video posted by Lautner on his Instagram stories has drawn major attention, as it show Taylor Swift’s mum, Andrea Swift, having a brief exchange with Lautner. It’s public knowledge that Lautner is a big fan of Taylor, but most fans were shocked to know that he still has a good relationship with her parents.
Since the beginning of Swift’s historic tour, Lautner has been her supporter. The actor and dancer appeared on stage in Kansas City as Swift released her music video for “I Can See You,” which starred Lautner with Presley Cash and Joey King. Lautner stunned the crowd and Swift herself by performing a double cartwheel on stage, saying it “wasn’t planned.” Swift composed the breakup ballad “Back To December” in an attempt to make amends with Lautner. The song’s featured album, Speak Now (Taylor’s Version), was released in tandem with the incident. When the former spouses shared a heartfelt embrace on stage, the crowd were ecstatic.
After meeting on the set of the film Valentine’s Day, where they played two madly in love high school students, Swift and Lautner started dating in the fall of 2009. On “Back To December,” the singer apologizes for how she handled Lautner, but it doesn’t seem like the well-known Taylors are at odds. (Lautner is currently married to Taylor Dome, a nurse who obtained her maiden name through formal adoption.)
Some of the X-fans who were thrilled to see Lautner in the audience at the London event laughed at the fact that he was waving right at the Swifties trying to take his picture.
