Taylor Swift will perform in her first “Eras Tour” show in Vancouver on Thursday. That will be followed by two more shows on Friday and Saturday. That final show on Dec. 7, however, will officially mark the end of the five-continent, near-two-year concert series.
Swift has already been emotional about her “Eras Tour” coming to an end. In fact, a previous report from the Daily Mail indicated that the “Fortnight” singer is feeling “super emotional” ahead of what she expects to be a “difficult transition.”
That same report also indicated that Swift intends to lean on Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce more than ever as she goes through one of the most challenging periods not only in her career but her life as well. As it turns out, Kelce is now expected to play a major role as Swift faces an important career decision in the not-so-distant future.
According to a new report by Us Weekly, Swift has every intention of going on tour again, “albeit on a smaller scale than the ‘Eras Tour'”. She reportedly plans on working on a new album once the new year comes and then start planning on her next tour.
However, according to Us Weekly, Swift wants to spend as much time as she can with Kelce first before potentially kicking off a new tour in 2026. “She had such a great experience on Eras. She really wants to do it again,” said Us Weekly’s source.
“She loves being with all her fans; it inspires her.” However, Swift is reportedly “not committing” to anything at this point. “Things can change. A lot of it hinges on what happens over the next year with Travis,” Us Weekly’s source revealed.
“She’s told her team to give her one year to see how things go in her personal life.” The same report indicated that both Swift, 34, and Kelce, 35, have already discussed taking their relationship to the next level.
However, while they would both “love to be engaged,” Us Weekly’s source has indicated that the couple isn’t “rushing it.” Apparently, Swift will not go on tour in 2025. Based on the report, the multi-Grammy Award-winning singer/songwriter plans to prioritize her relationship with Kelce before she makes her decision about going back on the road again in 2026.
