Travis Kelce On Verge Of Significant Chiefs Record

Travis Kelce Facing Backlash For What He Did After Chiefs-Raiders Game

Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs defeated the Las Vegas Raiders 19–17 in the only NFL game on Black Friday, and they have now won two straight after dropping their first game of the season in Week 12.

Even though the game was closer than he would have liked, Kelce put on another strong effort at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium, where his girlfriend Taylor Swift was present. The former star of the Cincinnati Bearcats has seven receptions for 68 yards.

For the majority of the game, Kansas City was ahead, even by a margin of up to 13 points. However, in the start of the fourth quarter, Las Vegas managed to score 14 points in a row to take a 17–16 lead. Nevertheless, with less than ten minutes left, Patrick Mahomes and company managed to complete the task, scoring the game-winning field goal and the day’s last points.

Some observed that Kelce was already in the tunnel heading back to the locker room as time ran out after the game, even though they had won. He certainly didn’t seem to participate in any postgame greets or handshakes.

Other supporters took note of Kelce’s postgame behavior and posted their opinions online.

“Travis Kelce showing such class leaving the field without shaking hands after a win,” one fan wrote. “I think I hate Kansas City more than I ever hated New England.”

“Travis Kelce continues to put the (expletive) in class,” added another. “Didn’t shake hands after the game. Straight to the locker room. Probably went to get friendship bracelets for the refs. Just retire already loser.”

“Travis Kelce left FAST,” said a third. “His chemistry with Mahomes seems so off. I’m not sure what’s up this season.”

“I don’t know why everyone scared to talk about Travis Kelce,” commented a fourth. “He’s such a little girl. He’s not even shaking hands after winning a football game.”

“Travis Kelce not shaking hands is on brand for his petty (expletive),” chimed in a fifth.

As they continue their Super Bowl defense, Kelce and the Chiefs are currently 11-1 on the season and still lead the AFC standings. In Week 14, they’ll face the Los Angeles Chargers on “Sunday Night Football.”
