Taylor Swift Makes Opinion Clear Ahead Of Super Tuesday Election

Many are expecting Taylor Swift to speak out ahead of the 2024 presidential election. That’s not the only important election taking place this year, though.

 

 

It’s Super Tuesday in Tennessee. Swift, who resides in Nashville, Tennessee when she’s not touring or spending time in New York (or, these days, Kansas City) is speaking out ahead of the important election.

 

 

 

 

The iconic music star has made it clear: she doesn’t care who you vote for, as long as you vote – and vote for the person who will best represent your interests. “Today, March 5, is the Presidential Primary in Tennessee and 16 other states and territories.”

“I wanted to remind you guys to vote the people who most represent YOU into power,” she wrote in an Instagram story on Tuesday. “If you haven’t already, make a plan to vote today.”

 

 

“Whether you’re in Tennessee or somewhere else in the US, check your polling places and times at vote.org.” Swift, who has more than 280 million followers on Instagram, could certainly sway some elections moving forward.

 

 

 

 

Former U.S. president Donald Trump, meanwhile, thinks it would be a mistake for Swift to endorse Joe Biden. “I signed and was responsible for the Music Modernization Act for Taylor Swift and all other Musical Artists. Joe Biden didn’t do anything for Taylor, and never will,” he wrote on his social media app, Truth Social.

“There’s no way she could endorse Crooked Joe Biden, the worst and most corrupt President in the History of our Country, and be disloyal to the man who made her so much money.”

“Besides that, I like her boyfriend, Travis, even though he may be a Liberal, and probably can’t stand me!” For now, Swift has yet to endorse a particular candidate, but rather just encouraged her followers to hit the polls.
